How it works
From a first conversation to a live control plane in weeks, not quarters — because the model is built from what exists, not from a target architecture.
- Assessment. ArcSystemsTechnology works inside your tenant to register the entities, import the systems and integrations from your existing records, name the owners and connect the first integrations. What is known, imported and inferred is marked as such.
- First read. Connectors read the estate. The first health assessment is recorded; the executive view answers its eight questions from day one, including the honest one: what is still unmeasured.
- Control. The workflow rules run. Ownership gaps, failing integrations, schema changes and threshold breaches become owned, dated exceptions. Support access from ArcSystemsTechnology is explicit, time-bound, and visible to you.
- Extend. More connectors, more entities as the group acquires, acquisitions tracked from pre-deal to business as usual. The model grows with the estate and stays true because it is read, not typed.
What you need to bring
A list of your entities and the systems you know about — a spreadsheet is fine. Read access to the integrations and monitoring you want observed, held under your control. One person per entity who knows where the bodies are buried. That is enough to start.
