ArcConverge is being built and is not yet taking customers. This notice describes what this site does today; a full notice, with the data processing agreement for customers, is published before the first customer is onboarded.

Who is responsible

ArcGabriel Ltd, the company behind ArcSystemsTechnology, is the controller for personal data processed by this site.

What this site processes

One thing: an email address entered on the sign-in page, used to send a single-use sign-in link. Sign-in requests that are not followed are removed within an hour. An account that holds nothing is removed after ninety days. Nothing is used for marketing or shared with anyone.

Your rights

You can erase your account and everything under it yourself from the account page, in two clicks. For anything else under UK data protection law, write to the company at its registered office.

Cookies

One session cookie, strictly necessary for signing in. No analytics, no tracking.
