ArcConverge is the control plane that lets a management team see the whole estate as one system — what exists, how it connects, whether it is working, what a change would affect, and who owns it — without waiting for a multi-year architecture programme to finish.

The consequence of not seeing it
A schema change in one company's CRM silently breaks a customer feed into the group platform. The finance feed downstream arrives short. The regulatory return built from it is potentially wrong, and nobody knows until the regulator asks. Nothing was down; every dashboard was green; the failure lived between systems, in the integrations nobody owned. That is the ordinary failure mode of an acquisition-led group, and it is invisible to tooling that watches one system at a time.
What a control plane is
Not another integration platform and not another monitoring tool. ArcConverge holds a living model of the enterprise — every entity, system, dataset, integration and business process, with who owns it and how it connects — and reads health into that model from the integrations themselves. Health is explainable to the evidence. Impact is traversed, not guessed. Exceptions are raised by rule, owned, escalated and closed. An investigation layer answers plain questions from the record and cites what it read.
Built for the day after the deal
An acquisition is a first-class object here: its phase, its Day-1 readiness, its milestones and cutovers, its integration health and its risks — all on the same model as the rest of the estate, so a milestone at risk and a failing feed are one picture, not two spreadsheets.
